How CaseGo works

CaseGo is built to keep verified facts, user reports, legal information, and uncertainty clearly separated — especially when families are under stress.

Official sources

Future live answers will only use approved source definitions from an official-source registry. Phase 1 uses demonstration fixtures only. CaseGo never invents phone numbers or government links.

Verification labels

Every important statement can carry one of these labels:

  • Confirmed by official source
  • Reported by user
  • Inferred
  • Unknown
  • Conflicting information
  • Demonstration data

Risk indicators

CaseGo shows separate indicators for urgency, custody complexity, legal exposure, data confidence, and historical-data strength. It does not create one combined guilt or outcome score.

Procedural urgency

Level: High

Demonstration data

An upcoming hearing is shown within 48 hours.

Supporting facts

  • Demonstration docket lists a first appearance tomorrow morning.

Missing information

  • Whether the hearing time or courtroom has changed.

Custody complexity

Level: Medium

Demonstration data

A bond is listed, but another hold has not been confirmed.

Supporting facts

  • A $5,000 surety bond appears on the demonstration custody record.

Missing information

  • Whether an immigration, probation, or out-of-county hold exists.

Limitations in Phase 1

  • No live jail, clerk, or court search.
  • No paid AI calls.
  • No historical outcome percentages.
  • Demonstration contacts are disabled.
